Ways to interact with this organization

The Most Important in Brief

We believe the profound transitions and crises our societies and living systems are facing require more than good strategies and technical expertise. They require people who can sense what is happening and calling out from beneath the surface, work skillfully and in tune with complexity, unresolved conflicts, structural tensions, collective trauma and more, to help systems find their way towards greater coherence. We call these people process stewards.

Purpose

Konkret zielt Collective Transitions darauf ab, vielseitige und komplementäre Angebote (u.a.

Goals

Collective Transitions exists to support the next generation of process stewards, and to strengthen this emerging field around them. We are creating a pattern language, curricula, learning journeys, undertaking collective research on building coherence for social change, and hosting spaces for a growing community of practice. These are the ingredients we see as necessary to make this craft more accessible and shareable, whilst continuously learning and refining shared knowledge across cultures and places. Our work brings together education, research and practice: cultivating practitioners while building the knowledge, language and legitimacy that can support the wider field to mature.

Principles

Our trainings and learning journeys are designed for practitioners who want to deepen their capacity to accompany complex societal and systemic change. Through immersive training, practice, reflection and mentorship, participants develop the capacities to work with uncertainty, relational dynamics, conflict and complexity, all whilst integrating systems sensing, embodied practice, wider ways of knowing and diverse modalities into their own ways of working and being, in service of larger societal shifts.

Measures

We offer different levels of trainings: Foundation Training → Advanced Training I → Advanced Training II → Thematic Modules and tailored In-House Trainings We are right now developing a Pattern Language which discribes, what the essential tools, frameworks, practices, underpinnings and approaches for process stewarding contains to be able to accompany complex systems within social and systemic change, out of this the curriculum for all the trainings will be formed and sharpened. And the team for the faculty to offer trainings across the globe is part of this process and will grow within the comming years. And as well we will offer from next year on a Community of Practice for any practicioner to join.

Financing

Mainly through income with the offered trainings. Grands through foundations and single private donations.
