Die Stiftung bezweckt eine positive und nachhaltige Wirkung auf die Gesellschaft und die Umwelt. Dazu fördert und finanziert die Stiftung Projekte in den Bereichen Umwelt, Gesundheit, Bildung und Infrastruktur (bspw. durch Schulungen, Förderkampagnen, Arbeitseinsätzen u.ä.). Die Stiftung kann zur Erfüllung ihres Zwecks unentgeltliche Zuwendungen ausrichten, bspw. in Form von Stipendien, Förderungs- und Sponsoringbeiträgen. Die Stiftung kann ferner in Erfüllung des Stiftungszwecks u.a. zinslose Darlehen oder Preise an Persönlichkeiten, Institutionen oder Organisationen verleihen. Die Stiftung verfolgt ihren Zweck im In- und Ausland. Sie ist politisch und konfessionell neutral.
Funding Policy
Instead of doing charity work on the basis of isolated initiatives, we help communities create and run social enterprises which mitigate the social and environmental issues in the long-term and break the cycle of dependency. The financing of social projects has long been ignored because of their startup status and regional location. It is undisputed that investors are mainly looking for growth businesses due to the risk exposure associated with every startup business. We believe that social projects especially in developing countries have the potential to address and solve social and environmental issues, if they are funded properly. That is where Impact Corner and its revolutionary movement come in. We bridge the gap between startup and growth phase by faciliating the initial financing in order to attract investors to scale the enterprise and maximise the social and environmental impact.
