Purpose (SOGC)
Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen an Volksschulen der Kantone Appenzell Innerrhoden und Appenzell Ausserrhoden durch Unterstützung und Förderung von schulischen und ausserschulischen Projekten und Unternehmungen sowie durch Leistung von Beiträgen und Anschaffungen. Die Stiftung kann, soweit es ihre Mittel zulassen, auch weitere ihrem Interessenkreis nahe stehende Aufgaben fördern sowie, sollte die Stiftung über Mittel von mehr als CHF 2'500'000 verfügen, zusätzlich Kinder und Jugendliche an Volksschulen des Kantons St. Gallen in der vorstehend dargelegten Art und Weise fördern.
