Purpose (SOGC)

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Ausrichtung von Beiträgen an Personen und Institutionen gemäss folgender Zielsetzung: Zuwendung an philantropisch tätige gemeinnützige Institutionen und Organisationen; Unterstützung von nicht gewinnstrebenden Organisationen mit kultureller oder künstlerischer Zielsetzung sowie die Förderung von Kulturschaffenden durch Ausrichtung von Preisen und Förderbeiträgen; Unterstützung von Institutionen und Organisationen oder Einzelprojekten auf dem Gebiete des Naturschutzes und der Denkmalpflege; Unterstützung von human- und veterinärmedizinischen Forschungsprojekten; Ausrichtung von Beiträgen für die Anschaffung von Geräten für die medizinische Behandlung von Patienten und die Einrichtung von Laboratorien durch staatlich anerkannte und unterstützte Spitäler. Die Beitragsleistungen sollen an Personen und Institutionen ohne Rücksicht auf Ethnie und Glaubensbekenntnis in der Schweiz und im Ausland ausgerichtet werden.

Funding Policy

Based on current events, funding in 2020 will be focused on the following three themes:

Accessibility: Allowing people with impairments access to everything society has to offer.

Social Mobility: Providing young people with inclusive and innovative education, thereby fostering self-sufficiency.

Migration/Integration: Offering migrants a chance to be part of inclusive communities and providing equal access to health care, education and social welfare.
