Die Stiftung bezweckt die Unterstützung von kulturellen Projekten, insbesondere Publikationen und Ausstellungen von lebenden, in der Regel Schweizer Künstlerinnen und Künstlern. Aufarbeitung, Publikation und allfällige Ausstellung von in der Schweiz befindlichen oder mit Bezug zur Schweiz stehenden künstlerisch wertvollen oder kulturgeschichtlich interessanten Nachlässen. Die Stiftung hat keinen Erwerbszweck und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
