Die Stiftung bezweckt, das Verständnis und die Freude für zukunftsweisende Musik- und Performanceformate zu wecken, entsprechende Veranstaltungen und Projekte in diesem Bereich zu fördern sowie die Bestrebungen der an solchen Formaten beteiligten Kräfte zu unterstützen. Die Förderung und Unterstützung erfolgt durch finanzielle Beiträge der Stiftung. Die Stiftung verfolgt keinerlei politische oder wirtschaftliche Zielsetzungen und dient weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecken.
