Purpose (SOGC)

Förderung der unentgeltlichen Rechtsberatung und Rechtshilfe für Behinderte (im Sinne von Art. 4 IVG) vorallem auf dem Gebiete des Versicherungswesens und des Arbeitsrechtes; stellt zu diesem Zwecke der SAEB (Schweiz. Arbeitsgemeinschaft zur Eingliederung Behinderter) Mittel zur Finanzierung ihres in allen Landesteilen der Schweiz tätigen Rechtsdienstes für Behinderte zur Verfügung; kann auch andere inländische gemeinnützige und unentgeltlich tätige Rechtsberatungsdienste unterstützen.
