Förderung begabter Kinder, Jugendlicher und junger Erwachsener der Region Basel einschliesslich Süd- sowie übriges Deutschland in Fällen sozialer und/oder finanzieller Bedrängnis vorwiegend in musischen und kulturellen, aber auch in wissenschaftlichen Bereichen ohne geografische Einschränkung des Ausbildungsortes sowie Förderung begabter auswärtiger junger Menschen an den Basler Aus- und Weiterbildungsstätten.
