Identify and Support Talented Athletes Discover and nurture promising gymnasts, offering specialized training and resources to help them achieve elite-level performance. Establish a Sustainable Funding System Create a dedicated fund to support, develop, and promote rhythmic gymnastics, ensuring financial sustainability for athletes and the association. Principles
Our Vision To establish a sustainable and internationally recognized rhythmic gymnastics academy that nurtures young talent, promotes holistic well-being, and inspires a lifelong commitment to sport and excellence, anchored in global sporting values and inclusive growth. -
Measures
Measures: 1. Identify and select 10 talented refugee girls in Switzerland for inclusion in IRGA’s training programs. 2. Provide full training sponsorship, including structured weekly sessions with professional coaches. 3. Cover local, cantonal, national, and international competition fees, equipment, and official attire. 4. Assign coach-mentors to ensure guidance, motivation, and stability. 5. Monitor individual progress with personalized development plans and regular assessments. -
Financing
Financing: The International Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy (IRGA), in accordance with its statutes, may finance its activities through a diversified mix of income sources: • Own contributions: Participation and membership fees from participants and members, including athletes, families, and members. • Public support: Subsidies and grants from municipal, cantonal, and national authorities. • Private support: Donations from individuals, as well as contributions from foundations, companies, and corporate sponsors. • Income from activities: Revenues generated through events, training programs, workshops, and services provided by the Academy. • Partnerships: Financial and in-kind support through collaborations with public and private organizations. All resources are allocated exclusively to the Academy’s non-profit purposes and objectives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable impact.
